EISCO Geometrical Optics Set - 28 Pieces

This system, based on the Hartl Optical Disc system, is designed to be used horizontally on any flat surface, unlike its vertical counterpart. The ray box generates a variety of light rays of different thickness and quantity, which can be projected onto the 360-degree optical bench disk with various optical components for measuring angles of refraction, distances, and more.

The set includes a Raybox, three Ray slit cards, an open vessel for adding fluids with different refractive indices, a 360-degree optical bench disk, two acrylic triangular blocks, an acrylic Semi Circle Block, a rectangular block, an extra bulb for the ray box, eight color filters, three mirrors, a convex lens, a double convex lens, a double concave lens, a color index card, and two half frosted slides.

This system operates on the same principles as the Hartl optical disc system, allowing for demonstrations of reflection, refraction, dispersion, ray tracing, geometric optics, convergence, divergence, collimation, refractive index, and more. With enough components to facilitate over 30 experimental geometrical optic setups.

Please note that the set does not include instructions or a power source. It requires a 12V AC/DC, 1.5A power source. We recommend using Eisco power sources such as PH1323B or PH0651B.
